MTN making a killing from unauthorized debits to a

I noticed small amounts being debited to my data contract. When you call, they claim that we used the data card to send sms's, when in fact the sim card is plugged into the modem and not a device to send sms's... they then suggest we ask for itemized bill, which we do for R21. On receipt thereof we discover a cell phone number to which the alleged sms's are sent to does not even exist... MTN are making a killing by debuting their subscriber accounts... do the math, an average of just say R5 per subscriber, and they have 52.2 million in SA alone equates to close to R50 million a month in data revenues from their subscribers... and still they refuse to investigate and reverse this!!!
