Poor customer service

I took out a laptop & data contract on the 4th Feb 2013. Since taking delivery of the HP laptop i have been mis-fortuned to have the laptop crash 3 times during to hard drive issues. During those occasions' it was sent back to the repairs department & replaced after some time - due to NCA clause.
My latest incident transpired on 11 Oct 2013. It was handed in at the Mt Edgecombe branch & booked in by Priscilla. She confirmed that it will take 4-6 weeks to have it assessed & will get back to me soonest. I have regularly made email requests & occasionally popped into the store & up to know have not been given a true status of my incident. They continously say that they will get back to me however don't live up to their values/promises. It is extremely disappointing as i have made 2 payments so far on 20/10 & 20/11 for an item that is not in my possession.
I wish to cancel this contract ASAP as it is very upsetting to be associated with a company who doesn't value their customers. Having a laptop being replaced so many times, also leaves me thinking that i am be given refurbished items & not brand new. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS DILEMMA.
