DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDG

This is absolutely SHOCKING service I have ever received as a Vodacom customer and I have had ENOUGH of Vodacom and their! I called numerous times with no joy from you guys because all of you seem like you are just monkeys swinging on a tree. I spoke to some "manager" on Saturday that had such a STINKING attitude - Rendani that sent my query to the wrong dept apparently & she also seemed like she didn't even know what was happening and did not seem interested at all! The last straw was when I called earlier today and I spoke to Phila; Phumza (who was extremely RUDE!); Magdaline; Angeline Nkosi; Zach; Lesley & Keitumetse. All of these people were of NO HELP at all, all they did was just waste 2hours and 30minutes of my time. I have never been on a call for so long? With the service I received, I doubt you have anything in place. Note that I have been calling you from the month of July to settle my handset installment and get it cleared, guess what, it still hasn't been cleared! My problem now is that VODACOM went and debited my account with R2900 without any consent from my side and I consider that! Is this what I get for being an honest customer? Being OVA
