8ta pathetic billing service

I have been waiting for over 2 months for 8ta billing diviison to sort out my account. I have been to the Hatfield Pretoria branch where I took the contract and they hsent an email to their head office and I never received any feedback and the consultant that had helped with the contract has since left the branch. Then I went to the branch in East London, they did the same thing and still no one has come back to me. Besides getting R8000 debited from mybank account for reason that no one can explain why and how, now the debit order goes off anytime of the months.
