Wrong bundle and unwilling to fix

I bought a 2GB data bundle online via the FNB web for the overpriced price of R450! however, the bundle went thru as a sms bundle, now I sit with a 2000 sms bundle.
They are unwilling to swap it for a data bundle. they got their money from me. In any shop in this country (except Vodacom) you can swap an un-opened item for another item of equal or lesser value (I do not want my money back). Why did they give me a SMS bundle (ok maybe FNB messed up- or even me) Pathetic company!! I am moving to another Cell phone provider a.s.a.p.
Today, again in the news, we saw that we pay way to much for telecoms and data services in RSA, and this is the service you get.
