I have made a numerous calls to the call center since you launched your 10mb adsl service since 2010.
From the ADSL exchange checker, it says the main exchange in kuilsriver is now on 10mb.
Is there any plans to upgrade the 4Mb clients to 10MB, since every time I call I am told that my exchange only supports 4MB, but no upgrade or roll out details are provided.
