Latest Job Number 9395422. I write this long letter attach previous job cards and explain how many times the BB 9320 has been taken to Vodacom Sandton City and how many times its been "fixed" and "exchanged" and noone could be bothered to read the letter? I WILL NOT accept another exchange unit. I have however cancelled my contract with 0821958 SIYA NKABINDE ECZHAU278JB2. I will reverse my debit order. I will not allow you to treat me like this. I have had enough.

YOU - VODACOM - are in breach as you have never since January been able to give me a device THAT WORKS, i have forfilled my obligation in terms of our contract.

I guess we will wait for a summons and then defend the matter and see if a Judge can read the history and make a decision because Vodacom cant.
