Am amount of R92 was deducted from my account - on initial inquiry, details on the deduction could be provided - during my second visit to the bank in this regard a reversal form was completed and some information was provided. The numbers provided do not respond to my calls and seem to be avoiding me. The money has still not been reversed by FNB. (Where is "How can we help you" now..???) How can FNB allow deductions on clients accounts but can't provide proof that the deduction was ever authorized? It seems I need to change my bank!! I am getting no help now - so much for the logo of the bank!
