Faulty ordering process - [URL Removed]

I ordered a web hosting reseller package online on Friday 4 October. When I logged a ticket on Sunday as to how do I access the WHM panel, I was told the Aqua package that I bought is not a reseller account. On Moday I asked them why do they sell ordinary packages as reseller packages, I was told I needed to click on the cloud hosting to which I pointed out that this is an ordering process error. So I requested Siya on the phone who spoke to Malon in turn to convert my package to a reseller account because that's what I bought - a reseller account. I have sent a number of emails to the help desk after talking to 3 people who could not help me with my quest.

Please cancel and refund me because so far I am not happy with the way you respond to crisis.
