Unaccpetable service

I've been trying to connect to the internet via the wireless connection using my laptop as well as our cell phones. Phoned technical support 10210 and spent more than an hour on the phone. the consultant walked me through the process inputting the ssid and passphrase, nothing happened, checked the line, nothing happened, changed the ssid and passphrase, nothing happened, eventually restored factory settings, still no connection. After an hour I could not spend more time on this and advised that I'll phone back. I was so frustrated and did not want to contact Telkom again, why must this be so difficult when we can connect to the internet perfectly at other places, using our phones... why can we not do this at home? A few days ago I eventually gathered some more motivation to contact technical support again, and what a disappointment. I spoke to the 1st consultant, he took me through all the steps again as mentioned before with no success, then I was transferred to a 2nd consultant, again the same process, I was told something must be wrong with my laptop & phone..everything else except Telkom? then I was disconnected. Phoned back to speak to a manager and again was disconnected!!
