My mtn account has been barred.
while on hold for more information I was told this is a massive issue they are having today.
apparently I have exceeded my credit limit. so because mtn decided to have a credit limit of R1200 by default, and never notify you of it, and they bill you for 2 months and debit you for only one, when you upgrade to a higher package suddenly you will exceed credit limit.
I was on the phone for close to an hour to get this issue sorted. and I honestly feel like I did not receive the service I pay for. due to this issue and the inconvenience caused by bad communication on their part I want my charges to my phone for this month wavered.
come on MTN show that you read these complaints and get back to me, I have a reference number for you to check this up on...
