I call the customer care centre and requested for itemize billing to be sent to my email address [Email Removed] on Thursday. They said it takes up to 24 hrs I should get on friday I called again on friday they said I should wait until the end of the day. If I didn't get by then I'll have to wait untill monday and im still waiting. It me off cause im paying for that service and im trying to get insurance for my handset. The call centre is useless cause you wait for more than 15 minutes and still wont get through. I have been calling for more than 3 days and that's torture.
