Incompetency of call centre

I'm disgusted by the incompetency of your call centre. I called in on Monday to update my address because the many spelling mistakes. and ask to be emailed an updated statement. I was promised it would take 48 hours. I checked on Wednesday and there was nothing. after making a few calls I only got it on Thursday. I and guess what the address is not updated. I sent an email to their supervisor by the name Irene and I got no response. ALL I'M ASKING FOR IS A STATEMENT WITH AN UPDATED ADDRESS!!!
