Want my Galaxy S4 fixed

I'm on a TopUp200 contract at Mtn, got my phone 09/07/2013, then my S4 started giving me problems, it freezes, switch on and off the whole time, restarts on 0% battery, then i have to take the battery out everytime. Went into the Kuruman Mtn store on the 19/10/2013 to give it in, the lady said I have a 6 months warranty, they can send it in to check on it, which is fair. The phone I got for work purpose, so i use it all day, internet for Emails is essential, and we have a WhatsApp group for important info the work sends to us. At first she wanted to give me plain jane Nokia phone to use in the meanwhile with features like Alarm and a Torch... that has no internet, how am i suppose to do work related things on it? She said she'll get back to me to give me a better phone to use in the meanwhile, went back to the store 3 weeks ago, but still doesn't have a phone for me to use and now it's the 25/11/2013 already? The reason why I'm sending this message now is, it just happened again- so sitting here on my bed, I have take off the protective cover, battery out, phone falls from my hand, SCREEN CRACKS!!! SERVICE???!! Phone should have been in for a check up weeks ago
