I AM SO MAD WITH LACK OF SERVICE

Dear Sir/Madam, I have a contract with my son's cellphone on Cell C. This morning my son drove from Edenvale to Eastgate to find out if he could upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S4. The salesman told him he could and quoted the new package of R429.00 My son asked what I as the contract holder needed to bring in and was told my ID and account for proof of residence. He came back to Edenvale, collected me and then we went back to Eastgate. Only to be told that they did not have stock, did not know what branches had stock and had a waiting list of a week. Frustrated, I called 140. The lady told me she had stock and I placed the order telephonically to have the phone couriered to me. I then found out that Greenstone had the Galaxy S4 in stock. I called 140 to cancel the order and was told that I couldnt do so until Monday. I then told the lady not to cancel the order however I am furious - furious because two trips to Eastgate were unnecessary - furious because I could not have the phone TODAY and must now wait. Cell C - THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was thinking of moving my personal account to you but after this will stay with Vodacom. You have lost me!!!
