To say the least I have wasted 3 weeks trying to complete a purchase is truly unheard off.
I bought a washing machine from Tigervalley Hifi corp to be collected at Eastgate JHB (Ananias) the next day.
Day 1 Ananias fails to release stock for reasons that Tigervalley branch is not reflecting on the system at Eastgate branch hence not able to release stock advises the driver to come Monday 11.
Day 2 .Monday driver goes back Ananias turns him back again
Day 7 . Saturday driver goes to pick up the machine nothing has changed
Day 8. I call Eastgate requesting the manager the person I got told me she is a senior she will get to the bottom of the story also failed to assist
For 8 days Ananias was sitting on this & no solution. The "senior lady" promised also Monday that they will be able to release the washing machine. I requested a transfare to another branch she promised to but nothing
Day 9 came and went no Ananias no senor lady.
Day 14 am angry went to ask for a refund & Tygervalley manager simply didn't care. Called JHB to cancel no investigations no apology.
Day 17 After a complaint email to customer care, The Guity Tigervalley manger wants to discipline employees.lol
