On Un Capped Serive

It is time people out there understand that MWEB offers no such thing as an Un Capped service.
This is a lie. You get throttled at their discretion to the point where you cannot even get e-mail.
When you call them to complain, the response is to try and make you pay for a bigger package.
I am sure I am not the only one that understands un-capped as being exactly that! "UN-CAPPED"
Other suppliers out there offer the same packages at the same price give or take and they are upfront with you in the sense that they tell you up to where you can go before they "SOFT-CAP" you at half the connection
(Which is still workable) till your next billing period.
My line gets throttled each time with less and less usage, then they still throttle you into a new month where your usage is "0".
Where is the Consumer Protection Board here... This needs to be addressed as they are selling a product that does not exist.
