Why am I paying so much?

Apologies for repoting this in HelloPeter but your website wont allow me to log on! I rencently upgraded to a 5 gig mtn 3g data contract at R299 pm as per our agreement! however, this is the second month that im paying far more than R299. the 1st month inclueded a hidden "upgrade cost" which I was not informed about as well as an additional R100 for additional date usage. I went to the norwood branch to arrange being capped at 5 gig so that my bill does not exeed 299 as per my budget! Now that my debid order has been paid. I see an amount of R 449 had been paid to nashue mobile! WHAT IS THIS? This is not fair!
