Prematurely capped from internet usage

On Thursday 14 March 2013, I received a sms to inform me that I have reached my monthly 3 gig usage to which I went to purchase an additional 500mb under the false belief that i had reached the limited... last night 18 March, i have received another sms informing me that I have yet again been capped... when I went into the branch, I have been told that I have not reached my 3gig yet and this is a network error... after having called the call center, the issue has not yet been resolved!
