Poor service at 8ta store at south gate

I go to 8ta store to port my number from cell c to 8ta at surtarday 26 jan 2013 and another guy he took my details and he just gave me sim card dats all, and he said it will done by wednesday and thats too long because it only take 24 hours and i know that so i called 8ta porting centre and they say they didnt receive any request or porting form abt my number, now is four days already, and im so because is the manager who is doin this, or maybe is it useless to join 8ta? and i just hope one can answer me that, im realy about that store and that guy unfortunately i forget his name, and im realy
