I am a client of Cell C and I called in on the mornng of 02/07/2013 and spoke to Matalakala to assist in changing my contract to enable me to use a Z10. She took all the details and said she has sent it through to the relevent department to action. She said that the turnaround time is 24-48hrs.
By yesterday (which is now more than 48hrs) no one contacted me and I had to follow up. I spoke to Eva who said that someone will call me immediately but no one did. So I call again and speak to Sibongile who said that they are stilll working on the request and that someone will call me before close of business which no one did.
So, I call again this morning (05/07/2013- which is now THREE DAYS LATER) and spoke to Katija who said that she will escalate my query and she will get the manager to call me. I told her I want her manager, Pravashnie to call me before 11 which she hasn't done. I call again and speak to Judy who said that my query is still not sorted and is sitting at the migration department. Pravashnie was out to lunch and didn't bother calling me before going to lunch. Doesn't Cell C value customer service? This is completey pathetic!! I want my query to be resorted immediately!!
