I had an contract with vodacom. i never used the account but the charged me for R500 data calls. the account after one month was r912. i got retrenched so i told them i am not able to pay. they said i can pay R190 per month. which i made a plan for. they then itc reported me. now after about 3 years i owe them more than r3300 rand. i asked for statements but they ignored it. after a long while they say i muyst go make an afidavit to get the info.
