I took 2 separate contracts with Vodacom at different times, I woblems with the second package deal, the as told they cannot separate them, so second package had a cellphone with laptop and modem, so I am having problems with the billing of the phone of the second package. On the 16th January I requested Vodacom to prove or send me an itemised biling to agree or disagree with the calls the account was becoming too high, i was asked to send, Id copy and my request to date no response, as I stopped paying thinking they will respond . i am not receiving any communication from vodacom. I am willing to settle my accoount on condition that i receive an explanation. PLEASE HELP ME
