I have contacted Vodacom via Facebook and they asked me to email them my exact problem which I did and they responded by asking me to supply a Service Request reference number to follow up (whilst I thought my email was the service request) so back to Facebook I went to inquire as to how and where I could get this elusive number I m still waiting I have sent the mail and Facebook inquiries on Friday (15/11/13) it is eight days later.
