Vodacom
My details were divulged for non-marketing purpose

Deriek Neicker from Vodacom Forensic promised to give closure on my complaint within a month's time. Which was meant to be on the 15th Oct-13.A lady from Meadowlands went to a consultant to enquire on my cellphone number so that she can get my name & address to insult me about a man that we're sharing. Virgil called me on the 27th confirming this illicit act. He said that he was going to trace the agents code by means of a generic code that illustrated that indeed someone went into my account on the 15th Sep-13.I haven't received any feedback ever since the 27-Sep-13. Two weeks back I followed up by an e-mail to customer service & the head of legal (Nkateko Nyoka). I've been asked to be patient, I'm interested in getting closure. That agent must be fired. Who can I contact? someone that's trustworthy? Ive sent an email to Ombudsman. I need a direct contact. This is unacceptable. I want to ask Virgil & Deriek Neicker, how long does it take to trace an agent's code after he confirmed that he managed to get the generic user code? I haven't received any satisfactory feedback. PLEASE HELP ME...
