After my last complaint and not getting anything but a mail to say I must contact their repairs department, the phone is finally fixed. But I now they tell me that I cannot get my R99 back because I waited too long to bring the phone back again, this after my husband phone them and I placed my report here on HelloPeter. A person don't have anything else to do but go to Vodacom the whole time, right. Apparently Vodacom just doesn't give a fly who complains or how unhappy their customers are. I want my money back and I will not stop until I get it. After having to go to Tygervalley 5 times, this will cover my petrol at least. So, now the ball is in their court. If I do not get a phone call this time sorting this out, I will take it further, but I will not stop until I am completely happy.
