Cannot unsubscribe from Vodafone Live - Breach of

At some point perhaps 5 years ago someone used my phone and logged on to Vodafone Live and now cannot unsubscribe. Through an sms it was indicated to me that I have been billed R15.00 per month and there was an option to OPT OUT which I did several times but to no avail. I cannot access Vodafone Live from my cellphone or a PC to disconnect as you're required to have a certain phone. You cannot access it from the vodacom website, however all links take you to vodacom
This has been going on for years and not even the vodacom staff at stores are able to help. There has to be a way to stop this as stated on vodacoms website you need to have a WAP enabled phone or you can open it in your browser, however this is not the case, surely this is a breach of contract, preventing me from unsubscribing.
