Im on a 4mb line everything was going great until they started upgrading 4mb's to 10 now for 2 weeks ive been having alot of trouble with my adsl my connection keeps dropping the whole time ive called countless times and no one does anything now my adsl is running on 3mb i have been downgraded and ive had it you people have heard the last of me seriously im paying for a service that i am not getting and its unexceptionable i want you to fix my problem immediately or i will cancel and give you people a realy bad name as for the past 2 weeks you cannot bill me for it it is not fair and i will not pay for it i always have problems with you people and im sick and tired we pay through our teeth in this counrty for a service we are not getting and im fed up fix this problem or you will lose me and alot of ppl i know i swear it.
