Openweb has been the most consistent and helpful ISP I have ever encountered in South Africa. Their prices are very competitive and their service and customer relations are top notch!
Every month I tend to forget to do my payments on time on the 26th of each month. Every start of the new month I find myself in the situation of having no internet connection. As soon as I make the payment and report my negligence ;-) and situation to Openweb, the director of the company personally takes care of my issues.
I have been reporting all my connectivity issues and concerns to the CEO of openweb and each and every time it gets sorted out within 1-2 hours.
If their aim is to have 100% customer satisfaction, I personally feel they are exceeding their own expectations.
Take it from a serious competitive gamer / down loader, OPENWEB is the way to go if you are in South Africa.
