My line has been down since 08/11/2013 and up to now nobody has bothered to restore my line. I have called 3 times already, from my cellphone might I add and it takes up to 45 minutes to eventually speak to a consultant only to be told that they can't tell me when my line will be restored. I run a small business from home and for 2 weeks I've been unable to do any business. My fault report reference is 88CRK081113
