Good day. My request made on 23 Dec 2013 still has not been resolved. I took my Samsung S4 in for repairs and still dont know the status thereof.
In order to follow up on MTN response (Nomonde) on 24 Dec 2013, I went to MTN Woodmead, and they referred me to MTN service centre in Morningside. After waiting for 2 hours in a que at Morningside, I was referred to another Mtn store (Cresta) by Nomfundo Masina, as they too could not give me a replacement phone. MTN Cresta (Janelle) then also told me they cannot assist me.
Nomonde gave me a clear instruction that I could collect a new handset at any Mtn store. Refer to REQ 3068515
Keeping in mind this repair was a manufacturing defect, I.e. battery was swollen resulting in faulty phone. I have now followed your instructions, and still have not received my handset.
Please advise a way forward as I am contemplating cancelling this contract.
