My vehicle was and recovered by Tracker last week. I informed King Price of the recovery and am still awaiting feedback on the status of my claim. I have dealt with 2 consultants - Tebogo who has not returned my calls, sms or emails and Shaldon who simply informed me that he knocks off at 16h30 and may not be able to call me back. I escalated to William (supervisor) and unfortunately am also awaiting him to provide me with feedback. This despite being promised that I would recieve feedback by yesterday.
It is shocking and disappointing to note that almost 30 % of complaints relate to feedback/response. It is basic aspects of keeping clients happy and satisfied to keep us informed - you would be amazed as to how accommodting people can be be if youjust tell us whats happening.
