NO FEEDBACK/NO RESOLUTION

An application was put through to Home Affairs for a Vault Copy Birth Certificate on the 30/07/13. Numerous calls were made to follow up as the lead time was written on my application as 6-8 weeks.

09/09 I spoke with the call center Mashudu Netshirenzheni who said they would open a case number for me: 1309008666 to see why I hadn't received the birth certificate.
I did another follow up with Brenda Williams who escalated the matter again as no feedback was received.

29/10 escalated again by Zimkhitha Mlotha,
1/11 escalated yet again by Beuran Mackay.
1/11 it was escalated again by Euphenia Makhado AND YET STILL NO RESPONSE.
6/11/13 escalated by Jeffrey Rasethaba who promised me that his manager Ashley would call me back, THIS NEVER HAPPENED.
7/11 escalated by Dayna Page
13/11 escalated by Monray Welcome

The managers who I spoke to were Kgoloselo Mbungela & Monray Welcome & Ashley Ncebkhulu. None have came back to me
All escalations have the same feedback: There is just no reply!!!
They refuse to give info as to who is working on it and they say there is no way that they can call the person. I have paid for this service and I demand action.
