Incorrect Loading of Vehicle Insurance

I sent ABSA an email dated 6 August 2013 - in which I attached a copy of my Comprehensive Insurance schedule - wherein I confirmed that my vehicle was fully insured. I stated explicitly that they should not take out additional vehicle insurance on my behalf, as per their letter to me dated 18 July 2013, as my vehicle was already comprehensively insured. I sent the email to [Email Removed] I received no further communication from ABSA in this regard. To my dismay, on my September account statement I picked up that they began charging me R603.97 for vehicle Insurance. I emailed them again on 30 September, again with my Insurance Schedule and again told them that I did not want, nor ask for the Insurance, I gave them NO permission to institute this and I was well within my rights to request them to remove it. I sent this email to AIPServices aswell as to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] I received a response from the Action Line to tell me to contact AIPservices with my query. I have sent another 2 emails, dated 2 October and 9 October to which I have received NO response. I have been billed in Oct aswell - BAD SERVICE ABSA!!! SCHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST!
