Terrible Terrible Service!!

Ping speeds constantly of more than 500 ms sometimes as bad as 2000ms.
Tests done with their tools - speed test on [URL Removed]

Have a 4mb line and for the past two weeks not even getting 2 mb consistently.
Logged the issue more than 2 weeks ago.

How can this be?!?!?! Total incompetence of the new South Africa.

And on top of it all... there is nowhere else to go
