For the last 3 months I have tried to cancel my 8ta internet bundle... after numerous emails, calls and follow ups. NOTHING happened. My dongle does not work anymore, but the money still comes off my account. What sort of service is that? Taking money and not even giving the service? Wanted or not. Appalling service. Will never recommend Telkom Mobile to any soul.
