Still awaiting account

After complaining of my account been debited with R2900 I received a prompt call from Virgin Mobile explaining the amount. I however requested a breakdown of my account and was told that she would e-mail it. To no avail. I am waiting in anticipation. Not sure why it has still not been sent.
