Very dissapointed with Mtn... this morning we received a sms from mtn saying that we exceeded our credit limit... when we phoned 808 for assistance, we were told that our limit is R6700 and we exceeded it, because my dad's account reached R44000!!! Unacceptable!!! Firstly I don't know hi2 that's possible for my dad, he is a farmer and 59 years old... secondly no one at Mtn warned us about nearing the R6700 limit... instead letting the account reach R44000!!! Pathetic... I will move to vodacom and will go to the newspapers!!! I WILL WARN EVERYBODY!!!
