It has been 10 days since my initial complaint. After the first Leesa Brazier contacted me and we discussed the matter ref R318248185 and it is still pending she said she will phone me on 4 Desember to finalize then Vodacom sends me a warning letter and spoke to Tracy Khumalo ref A1/O6PD/NUT3PL and said that I should phone 082155 I did but holder for 10 min and it is quicker to wright this report
I get the idea that everyone is just passing the bucket i must say Leesa is trying to sort this but her colleges not
do not contact me unless there is proper answers
i was offers additional data but all devices are soft log if the sim cards were programed the way i requested this would not have happed
