This is the actual complaint i've sent to Mtn. At this moment i'm a few weeks away to deliver for my new born baby i am not willing to do anything they are asking me to do as this is stressing me a lot.
Query: Please check for me what is going on again, as I have received an sms from 27870424331 stating on my cellphone.
Final demand on mtn pay now@fnb south Africa edo dccm- mtn acc 62194430882 branch 254005 R8676.31, 13283031 SSDA TEL 0878250600.
Can somebody tell me what's going on this is the second time I experience this strange things with mtn.
The previous reference is: RE: ref: 92783750 [5818629] [#5826509] and it was resolved this is the second one, i want to know doesn't mtn do RICA for their clients don't they do employment confirmation how do a manage to open a cellphone account for the second time and mtn does nothing about it, was the case investigated do they lesson to the recorded telephone conversations or what. They must sort this out.
