Unable to get help

I have a 24 month contract with Mtn for a 3G card only it has hardly ever worked and given me endless hassles.

It is not working at all. I phoned tech support last week but the lady on the phone couldn't help me and told me I needed to take it to a Mtn shop.

I took it to Clearwater and the same place I got it from. First of all it was total chaos. The new system of having stations is horrible. You don't know where to wait and no one offers to help. Then the guy told me he couldn't help me because he didn't have anything to test it on and told me they wouldn't cancel the contract even though it is not working. I asked to speak to the manager and he was equally unhelpful just told me I have to take it to 14th avenue to get fixed. Why should I have to take it there?

I want my contract cancelled and to be refunded. I have experienced enough inconvenience from Mtn.
