I'm So tired of getting this S*&*&. Pardon my language. Every Year Neotel starts their problems by NOT running their Debit Orders. Now 2 Months later they want you to pay 3 months payments and no excuse as you are behind. Yes I know it's a personal responsibility to make sure all things are paid and so on. But it happens that you sometimes don't have the time to do so. Now if it happens once fine BUT EVERY YEAR!!! No NO!!
I hope they have some Brilliant plan to solve this ISSUE!
