I tried to re-register on MTNSA since the de-activation of MTNSP; I was due to receive an email in order to confirm the registration, however, 36 hours later I had not received the email to complete the registration process; Called 808 - they could not help me; put me through to the "correct" department; they could not help me; referred me to accounts (808); When I explained that I had already spoken to 808 and they put me through to this department, I was referred to 083 123 3667 - MTN Direct; when I called MTN direct and selected the option for customer service, I was cut off; I called back and selected option 1; I introduced myself to the agent and explained everything (as above); I was then asked "In connection with what? " I then angrily repeated my entire explanation after which the agent ended the call!!! Is this so hard to understand??? I need the email relating to the registration process to complete the process, PLEASE!!!
