I completed the required modules for a degree in BA (LAL). I tried to register for a LLB degree, and was informed by the registration department of the LLB college, that I should register on myunisa, and when prompted by the system click on the button to "amend" the qualification. I did as I was advised.
My registration then said: "Registration Incomplete: Awaiting Handling at section." I then called the registration department, who informed me that the relevant college will first have the approve the registration, I tried calling the LLB registration department, to no avail.
This morning I received an e-mail from the information department that said that I should not amend the qualification, and that I should complete a registration form and send it back to them. Why was I not told this on the first time that I called?!!! Furthermore, why did they not attach the registration form???
I am extremely worried about the status of my BA now!
I've been calling since I received the e-mail, and nobody is answering the phone...
