I complained on the 4 Dec 2012, https:///mtn/compliments/no-mtn-signal-in-douglasdale-954295, regarding there being very poor service in the Douglasdale area, There was a response from Wenzile Masina, saying I should email more specific details to [Email Removed] with reference number REQ:1511667, which I did, and from then I have not had any feedback at all, and the problem if anything has go worse. please sort this issue out, otherwise I will have to reconsider who I use when I renew my contract in the next few months. Please advise what can be done to correct this problem?
