LOST MY DOCKET AND FAILED TO INFORM ME TOOK DAYS

I opened the case with Cons Mkize in North Beach Station for Durban Central on Tuesday 15 October at 15H00 as I was robbed my cellphone the previous day. I was told that the system is off line so I will have to wait for my case number to be sms's. I phoned at night and was told the system was still down. The following day I phoned again and was told the system is still down however I gave them my ID number for them to call me back, I was never called back so I decided to go to where I opened my case where I spoke to 2 policewomen who did not show interest and were very rude this is now on Wednesday 16 October still trying to get my case number. these officers told me to go to Durban central where I went to try and get this number I was told that they cant find my docket. I went back to North beach police 18h00 and was told that the docket was taken to Durban Central. I took the number so that I can follow up. at 23H30 on 16 October still called and spoke to Warrant Officer Ramesh who could not get my docket and was not willing to help me at all but kept on sating I'm willing to help from the tone I could tell that he was not interested. Up until now Thursday still nothing
