Poor service - Again!

My phone has been broken now for 3 months without the problem being sorted out, nor has the phone been replaced. The phone has now now been send in 2 times for repairs, every time it comes back with the same problems, the situation is not rectified, the customer service is non existing, no one is accepting responsibility, no accountability at Auto page for customer complaints. The worst cellular company in South Africa to do business with. They want the Phone to be send in for a THIRD time to repairs, before considering it to replace the phone.
Absolutely shocking and unexceptable for a loyal client that has been with Autopage for 16 years!!
