ACCOUNT IN WRONG PERSONS NAME

We moved our business from one company to another, and the name, VAT nr etc has changed. We have been to Vodacom now 4 times to try and get the transfer done, and everytime they tell us that it has been done, just to leave us disappointed at the end of the month when we receive the bill.

We then needed 3G dongles for our 3 branches, and wanted them to be in the new business' name, and it ended up being in the Managing Director's name. This we have also tried to solve several times.

This is now really getting out of hand, and we can't afford going to Vodacom everytime to try and fix a problem that they don't have the means of fixing. This will be the last time we try, then we will be moving our business to another company.
