I was contacted by one of those telesales people from vodacom. -was offered abetter rate on all my calls etc. - checked @ leats 6 or 7 times with the consultant whether or not there would be any extra charges to my current contract. Low and behold this month my bill is double that of the prev months. - know too what they did. They deceive you. It is true that there are no extra rates on my account but what they have done is changed my setup so that my contract has no limit. This is devious and. Especially when I am already so wary of all these kinds of. Vodacom I can't afford this moths bill and I am takin my business and whoever else I can convince elsewhere. Your unsavoury business plan has turned me into an advocate for other companies. I have been with u more than 10 yrs and this is how I am treated. Take a hike
