Took out a contract with MTN, debit order. They then started deducting TWICE a month as it was 'not showing' in their account! then I changed to pay via EFT and everytime had to send through a payment confirmation. THREE TIMES now they have disconnected my phone due to the money 'NOT SHOWING' in their account!!! i have tried calling them, tried complaining but NOTHING was done! Their attitude towards me was...'you wanted to pay EFT'!! i think their service is pathetic, they have NO empathy or ANY customer service/relationship at all!!
I had to submit my proof of payment once again on Friday the 15/11/2013, it is now the 19/11/2013 and my phone is still disconnected! they do not contact you to inform you that they are looking into your situation, NOTHING!!! I am seriously condsidering taking them to the papers and try my utmost best to make their name bad!! I will tell try to tell everybody I know NOT to even think about MTN!!!
Every month I have been paying more than my total due to try & get the account paid finished... but yet still this service!! my contract will be ending with them in the new year & i will surely, NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
